Leofoto Ranger LS-254CX with LH-30LR Overview
The LS-254CX Carbon Fiber Tripod with LH-30LR Ball Head from Leofoto outfits you with carbon fiber tripod legs and a ball head with an Arca-type quick release plate. The entire system can support camera rigs up to 17.6 lb and features a removeable ballast hook for the option to add counterweights. An included two-section center column extension can add up to 12.5" of height. The ball head features a 1.2" lever-release clamp and 360° pan with an independent pan lock.
The DC-252C Carbon Fiber Add-On Column from Leofoto is an adjustable, two-section center column extension for tripods and monopods. Made up of two lightweight yet durable 10-layer carbon fiber, the DC-252C adds from 7.8 to 12.5" in height and is suitable for use with supports that have a load capacity of up to 26.4 lb. The column base has a diameter of 1.34" and an integrated 3/8"-16 threaded socket, and the top platform features a spring-loaded 3/8"-16 threaded tip that can be slid down to reveal a 1/4"-20 threaded tip, making it compatible with virtually any tripod head.
The LS-254CX Carbon Fiber Tripod from Leofoto is a durable carbon fiber tripod capable of supporting up to 17.6 lb camera rigs while maintaining a lightweight form factor. The legs themselves have a 3.3 to 46.7" working height range that can be adjusted using the four leg sections and twist locks. The tipod can achieve such a low minimum height due to the legs' independent spread with three angle stops at 23, 55, and 85°.
Both 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 convertible mounting screws can secure separately available video heads to the tripod. A 1/4"-20 accessory thread can accommodate articulating arms for a secondary monitor, microphone, or LED light. A removeable ballast hook allows you to integrate counterweights to better support larger rigs. Transport the tripod to set with the included carrying case.
