Wimberley AP-607 Overview
The AP-607 Replacement Foot for Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM Lens from Wimberley is made of black anodized 6061 aluminum, and has an Arca-type compatible mount. The double-dovetail design allows accessories to be attached to the top as well as the bottom of the foot. When mounted on a tripod head, the low profile of this lens foot provides a lower center of gravity.
This durable foot reduces flex and vibrations to the lens when in use. The included optional safety stop screws are compatible when using a clamp with channels, which allow the foot to be positioned without being accidentally or prematurely released.
Arca-type compatible double dovetail mount allows accessories to be attached to the top and bottom of the foot
Lightweight 6061 aluminum with a durable black anodized finish
Low profile provides a low center of gravity to help balance the lens and reduce flex and vibrations
1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 female sockets are provided for when a tripod head does not have an Arca-type clamp
Dual safety stops are located on the bottom of the foot to prevent accidental sliding of the lens in case the Arca-type clamp is partially open
