Magnus QR-LM700 Overview
This Quick Release Plate is for the Magnus LM-700 tripod. It attaches to and releases from the LM-700's head with a simple flip of the locking lever, so you can effortlessly alternate between the tripod and handheld operation in seconds. The plate attaches to cameras and camcorders via its widely compatible 1/4"-20 threaded mounting screw.
On the safety side, it features a rubberized non-slip surface, so a mounted camera does not move or twist. In addition, a D-ring attachment allows you to hand tighten the camera to the plate with no required tools for mounting. For camera stability, there is a spring-loaded registration pin that prevents a camcorder from moving while it's on the plate. This is particularly helpful when using the LM-700's pan-and-tilt functions or positioning a camera in portrait orientation.
