ANALOG DEVICES ADG5413BCPZ-REEL7 ANALOGUE SWITCH, 4-CH, SPST, LFCSP-16

ADG5413BCPZ-REEL7 contains four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analogue input range, which ensures good linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. High switching speed also makes the devices suitable for video signal switching. The ADG5413 exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. Typical applications are relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, and communication systems.

• Bandwidth (-3dB) is 167MHz typ (at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, 25°C, ±15V DUAL SUPPLY)
• Total harmonic distortion plus noise is 0.009% typ at RL=1kohm, VS=15Vp-p, ±15V DUAL SUPPLY
• 16-lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP]
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
