ANALOG DEVICES ADG511BRZ-REEL7 ANALOGUE SW, 4-CH, SPST-NC, SOIC-16

ADG511BRZ-REEL7 LC²MOS precision 5V/3V quad SPST switches. It is a monolithic CMOS IC containing four independently selectable analogue switches. These switches feature low, well-controlled on resistance and wide analogue signal range, making them ideal for precision analogue signal switching. These switch arrays are fabricated using Analog Devices� advanced linear compatible CMOS (LC²MOS) process which offers the additional benefits of low leakage currents, ultralow power dissipation, and low capacitance for fast switching speeds with minimum charge injection. It is used in applications such as battery-powered instruments, single supply systems, remote-powered equipment, 5V supply systems, computer peripherals such as disk drives, precision instrumentation, audio and video switching, automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition, sample hold systems, and communication systems.

• Charge injection is 11pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 10nF)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is 85dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• OFF isolation is 68dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• Source OFF leakage current is ±0.025nA typical at (VD = ±4.5V, VS = ±4.5V)
• Input current is 0.005?A typical at (VIN = VINL or VINH)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 16-lead SOIC package
