Product Overview
ADG1634LYCPZ-REEL7 is a monolithic industrial CMOS (iCMOS®) analogue switch comprising four independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An EN input on the ADG1634L is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. The switch is enabled with a Logic 1 EN input, while the INx input defines the state of SPDT switch. The ultralow on resistance and on-resistance flatness of the switch make it an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. iCMOS construction ensures ultra-low power dissipation. Applications are communication systems, medical systems, audio signal routing, video signal routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, FPGA and microcontroller systems, sample-and-hold systems, and relay replacements.

- Rail-to-rail operation, ±3.3V to ±8V dual-supply operation, 3.3V to 16V single-supply operation
- On resistance is 4.7 ohm typ at (source voltage (VS) = ±4.5V, source current (IS) = -10mA)
- On-resistance flatness is 1.2 ohm typ at (VS = ±4.5V, IS = -10mA)
- Transition time is 174ns typical at (load resistance (RL) = 300 ohm, load capacitance (CL) = 35pF)
- 77MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Total harmonic distortion is -102dB typ at (RL = 10Kohm, VS = 5V p-p, frequency = 1KHz to 20KHz)
- Off isolation is -58dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, frequency = 1MHz)
- Positive supply current (IDD) is 50µA typical at (VINx = 0V or VL)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 24-lead LFCSP package
