Axis Communications TU8003 Overview
Suitable for network or fiber installations, the TU8003 90W Connectivity Midspan from Axis Communications powers PoE devices such as PTZ cameras. This unit will support a device that require up to 90W of PoE. It complies with IEEE 802.3bt standard and delivers 1000 Mb/s passthrough data rates.
Thanks to portcast technology, the TU8003 utilizes the camera's IP address to provide integrated audio and I/O connectivity that enables audio and video to be sent over a single stream over the network without a VMS license.
Unit automatically detects Axis PoE/PoE+ and Hi-PoE devices and supplies inline power
Can be used with a PoE splitter for a network video product without built-in PoE support
External power control
Shielded RJ45 connectors
Mountable on a wall, shelf, or DIN rail
