The SWD cable I was looking for was unavailable and had to be imported, for which import hassle and costs would have been a waste of time and money, so instead I placed an order assuming it was in stock with them, although it was not, they still imported it in reasonable time and got it delivered. They also kept me updated via email on my requests for updates. Overall it was great since they did everything they could to keep me worry free, even though I was worried about genuineness until I recieved the product in hand, yet they were all supportive from start to end, and having a person respond and engage with you is unmatchable experience compared to automated bots or f.a.q. I loved the experience, I wish they just provide invoice the moment order is placed, as a sureity of order being taken up and will be delivered, otherwise every single thing is great. The cost is also very reasonable, not much high, given components are rare and unique and need to be imported.
