Meridian Technologies SR-1A1G/1G Overview
The DigiSlim SR-1A1G/1G-2 Audio, Bi-Directional Data System Receiver from Meridian Technologies incorporates a digital encoding technology to receive 1 channel of bi-directional multi-protocol data, 1 channel of audio (600 ?, balanced standard) over one fiber. This multimode fiber receiver is fully compatible with the PC-based SpectraSmart Network Management & Diagnostic Software System which supervises the operating parameters of the transmission system such as the status on video levels, sync, digital carrier detect, voltages, temperatures, optical levels, and more.
The SR-1A1G/1G-2 Receiver comes as a standard 1-slot wide rack mount card and can be installed in any of Meridian?s card chassis or in a 19? racking frame. This system can be configured in either star (module-to-rack) or trunking (rack-to-rack) configurations. It can also be transformed into a standalone module by utilizing an SR-500/S (standard configuration) or an SR-1000/S Chassis, or 1/2 slot desk or wall mount chassis (12 VAC to 24 VAC).
