Meridian Technologies DT-AIPHONEAX2 Overview
The DigiFlex DT-AIPHONEAX2-2 2-Channel NTSC/PAL Video with Bidirectional Audio and Contact Closure Transmitter Card from Meridian Technologies is designed for the Aiphone AX Series Audio/Video Intercom System. It transmits two channels of 8-bit, high resolution video, two channels of 24-bit audio, and four channels of bidirectional contact closure over a single multimode fiber, when used with the DigiFlex DR-AIPHONEAX2-2 Receiver Card. The contact closure channels can be individually configured as either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). The card accepts NTSC, PAL, and SECAM video formats.
The transmitter card can be installed in any of Meridian's desk chassis or 19" racking frames. The system can be configured in either star (module-to-rack) or trunking (rack-to-rack) configurations. This transmitter can be converted to a standalone module with the separately available SR-1000/S 2-Slot Desk/Wall Mount Chassis (87 to 264 VAC).
