Product Overview
EVAL-ADMT4000SD1Z evaluation kit allows for the evaluation of the ADMT4000 zero power, multiturn sensor by providing a flexible hardware platform with accompanying graphical user interface (GUI). The board features the ADMT4000 in an end of shaft magnet configuration. The kit is composed of an EVAL-ADMT4000SD1Z and a magnetic stimulus on a printed circuit board (PCB) mount. To operate with the provided GUI, the EVAL-SDP-CS1Z (SDP-S) or EVAL-SDP-CB1Z (SDP-B) is required, EVAL-ADMT4000SD1Z allows a detailed evaluation of the ADMT4000. The GUI demonstrates turn count, angular measurement, diagnostic measurements, system-level calibration, and device configuration. The board is fitted with a coil to enable magnetic reset of turn-count sensor. Time stamped captured data can be logged to a technical data management streaming (TDMS) file. The TDMS file format allows large data sets to be stored and indexed. Data logs contain device settings in addition to time stamped data and fault status.
