XC9145B50C0R-G is a XC9145 series synchronous step-up DC/DC converter with a 200mR N-channel driver FET and a 270mR synchronous P-channel switching FET built-in. The ultra-low current consumption of 400nA and PWM/PFM auto-switching control have dramatically improved the efficiency of the output current of 10µA or less, which was difficult to achieve in the past. XC9145 series can significantly reduce the power consumption of battery-powered devices which consume a large percentage of power when the system is in standby mode. It contributes to keeping battery life longer and reducing battery size smaller. It is used in low power wireless communication products, low power IoT module, battery-powered medical devices/wearable devices(Health monitoring, Fitness devices), remote controls, primary battery portable systems, metering devices / smart meter (gas / water / temperature), home security / home automation and energy harvest.
