Designed for home offices and small workgroups, the ADS-1800W Wireless Compact Desktop Scanner with Color Touchscreen from Brother offers a compact design and simple workflow applications for all your small office needs. Utilizing a 20-page automatic document feeder, the scanner features a 600 x 600 dpi optical resolution, with a maximum interpolated resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. Simplex scan speeds are a fast 30 ppm, while duplex scan speeds are an impressive 60 ipm. Once scanned, documents can then be optimized with automatic color detection and adjustment, bleed through prevention and background removal, hole punch removal, text enhancement, color drop, deskew, and more. Additionally, the ADS-1800 includes a software suite with document management tools and OCR (optical character recognition) software.
