With a base clock speed of 4.7 GHz and a max boost clock speed of 5.6 GHz in addition to 64MB of L3 Cache, the Ryzen 9 7900X is built to deliver the power needed to smoothly handle tasks ranging from content creation to immersive gaming. You can boost performance further by overclocking this unlocked processor.
Other features include support for PCIe Gen 5 technology to take full advantage of high-bandwidth graphics cards and storage drives. The Ryzen 9 7900X also supports up to 128GB of 6400 MHz DDR5 ECC memory with compatible motherboards, which may be overclocked using AMD EXPO profiles for higher gaming performance. This processor has a 170W TDP (Thermal Design Power) and does not include a cooling solution. This processor also includes integrated Radeon graphics.
