BTS500101TAEBOARDTOBO1 is a 12V protected switch board (BTS50010-1TAE board) comes with BTS50010-1TAE, an ultra-low ohmic smart high-side power switch from the Power PROFET� family used as Solid State Relay (SSR) to drive the starter motor of a scooter or a motorcycle with an engine smaller than 150 cc and cabling length of up to 3meter. Its typical RDS(ON) is 1.0mohm and it can drive a nominal DC current of up to 40A, with an outstanding inrush capability up to 250A.
- Demo board is designed in very compact form (44.5 x 26.5mm) to provide space-optimized solution
- On this demo board version, D2 and R1 are not assembled (BTS50010-1TAE BOARD)
