Mount a 3/8"-16 accessory onto a cage with 1/4"-20 threads using this 3/8"-16 ARRI-Style Anti-Twist Adapter from CAMVATE. The aluminum adapter mounts onto a cage with 1/4"-20 threads that are 18mm apart (center-to-center) using the included mounting screws. This provides one 3/8"-16 thread with anti-twist divots to mount a handle, arm, or other accessory.
