Excellent support from Tanotis

The blade itself is as expected. Packaged well, and works fine.

Initially, there were a bunch of issues with the delivery. We did have a delayed delivery, because of some hold-up at customs. Plus, we ordered 2 blades, and received only one. But the support team was excellent. They are quick to respond and help you navigate all issues smoothly. I'd say this is a decent place to acquire replacement blades for the brother scan and cut, especially given that there's hardly anyone else making them accessible to us here in India.
