ANALOG DEVICES LT8640IUDCF#PBF DC-DC Switching Synchronous Buck Regulator, Adjustable, 2.9 to 42V in, 0.97V / 5A Out, WFQFN-EP-18

LT8640IUDCF#PBF is a step-down regulator that features a Silent Switcher® architecture designed to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz. An ultralow 2.5µA quiescent current with the output in full regulation enables applications requiring the highest efficiency at very small load currents. It allows high VIN to low VOUT conversion at high frequency with a fast minimum top switch on-time of 30ns. The SYNC/MODE pin selects between Burst Mode operation, spread spectrum mode, synchronization to an external clock, and either pulse-skipping mode. It is used in applications such as automotive and industrial supplies, general purpose step-down, GSM power supplies.

• Minimum on-time is 35ns typical at (ILOAD = 1.5A, SYNC = 0V)
• Feedback pin input current is 20nA maximum at (VFB = 1V, TA = 25°C)
• PG pull-down resistance is 700 ohm typical at (VPG = 0.1V)
• Feedback reference voltage is 0.970V typical at (VIN = 6V, ILOAD = 0.5A, TA = 25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 18-lead plastic side wettable QFN package
