Product Overview
HMC213BMS8E is an ultraminiature double balanced mixer. This passive monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) mixer is constructed of gallium arsenide (GaAs) Schottky diodes and novel planar transformer baluns on the chip. This device can be used as an upconverter, downconverter, biphase demodulator or modulator, or phase comparator. The consistent MMIC performance improves system operation and ensures regulatory compliance. It is widely used in application such as base stations, personal computer memory card international association (PCMCIA) transceivers, wireless local loops etc.
- Passive: no DC bias required
- Conversion loss is 10dB typical at (1.5GHz to 4.5GHz, (TA) = 25°C, IF = 100MHz, LO = 13dBm)
- Input IP3 is 21dBm typical at (1.5GHz to 4.5GHz, e (TA) = 25°C, IF = 100MHz, LO = 13dBm)
- RF frequency range is 1.5GHz to 4.5GHz
- IF frequency range is DC to 1.5GHz
