Description

A female attachment with safety plug and locking level is fitted at each end. The safety plug has a latch with push-bottom release.
To adjust the balance of the load, rotate the handle clockwise or counterclockwise. It sustains loads from 3.3 lbs up to 26.4 lbs max.
