SmallRig Camera Cage for Blackmagic Design Ci... Overview
Protect your investment and mount accessories onto your Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K with this dedicated Camera Cage from SmallRig. This protective aluminum frame features one shoe mount, a side NATO rail, multiple 1/4"-20 threads, and 3/8"-16 ARRI-style accessory mounts built into the cage's top, sides, and bottom. A lens adapter support is included to assist in supporting lens adapters such as Sigma MC-21/31 or similar with heavier lenses.
Access to the camera's controls, compartments, and connectors is maintained when the cage is fitted to the camera. The camera mounts using two 1/4"-20 screws at the base and one on top, and silicone pads on the base ensure that your camera doesn't twist or scratch. The placement of 1/4"-20 threads on the bottom and side makes it easily convertible from horizontal to vertical shooting mode.
NOTE: This cage only fits the Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K model and is not compatible with the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K or 6K Pro models.
