Meridian Technologies SXB-4C Overview
The DigiSlim SXB-4C-2S 4-Channel Duplex Bidirectional Contact Closure Transmission System from Meridian Technologies incorporates an all-digital encoding technology which transmits 4 bi-directional contact closure channels over one multimode fiber. The convenient screw terminals connector used allows easy connection of the contact interface. Status indicators provide visual indication of the operational status of the contact. The SXA/SXB-4C-2 system is available with SpectraSmart Network Management and Diagnostic PC-based system.
The SXB-4C-2 System comes as a standard 1-slot wide rack mount card or module that can be installed in any of Meridian?s desk chassis or in a 19? racking frame. This system can be configured in either star (module-to-rack) or trunking (rack-to-rack) configurations. It can also be transformed into a standalone module by utilizing an SR-500/S (standard configuration).
