Flip one of the locks and extend the leg from a minimum height of 33.2" to a maximum height of 66.5", then lock the leg's position with another quick flip. Constructed with sturdy carbon fiber for lightweight rigidity and stability, this stand supports up to 17 lb while offering enhanced vibration resistance in demanding environments. The adjustable mid-level spreader adds stiffness and allows independent leg angles for setting up on uneven surfaces. Each leg features a dual-spiked foot with a removable rubber foot, so you can use the tripod outdoors on loose rocks or indoors on smooth flooring.

The incorporated video head offers 2-way fluid action with an additional tilt-drag adjustment to capture steady and controlled pan and tilt movements for shake-free professional videos. The VT-5000-CM's fluid head delivers uniform and even tilting for smooth camera motion, so your video will look steady and professional. With adjustable tilt drag control, you can dial in the exact amount of resistance.

Spring-Loaded Counterbalance

The spring-loaded counterbalance allows extra smooth tilt movements by providing tension resistance. This resistance helps balance a heavy camera so that the tilt speed is consistent during filming. A counterbalance offers tension resistance for the camera or rig that works against the camera's tilt, providing extra tension for smoother tilt motion while preventing the camera from unexpectedly tipping over.

75mm Leveling Head

The 75mm bowl securely holds and balances video cameras up to 17 lb while providing smooth rotation to compose the shot.

Quick Release Plate

The quick release plate allows the camera to easily mount and dismount by locking or unlocking the plate in and out of the head. A safety lock with push-button security prevents the quick release lever from accidentally unlocking when removing or tilting the camera.
