Matica MC660 Overview
Built to withstand large print volumes required by organizations, the MC660 Retransfer Dual-Sided ID Card Printer from Matica comes equipped with a variety of features that allow users to quickly produce ID cards. This direct-to-card printer uses dye sublimation and thermal transfer technology to produce CR-80 adhesive-backed cards with a 600 dpi resolution. Also, this system provides fast production speeds of up to 170 cards per hour in single-sided batch mode. This printer includes both the dual interface encoder and the magnetic stripe encoder. The magnetic stripe encoder works by storing data on a strip of magnetic material using magnetized particles. The dual interface encoder has the ability to print both contact and contactless cards.
