The RDF25 series from XP Power are designed for applications needing wide input ranges. Predominantly for the rail industry, these products offer up to a 10:1 input range. Designed for railway applications the RDF25 series comply with EN50155, and EN50121-3-2 railway standards for electronic equipment used on traction & rolling stock in a compact 2" x 1" package. The 25 watt RDF25 has an ultra-wide input range from 16V to 160VDC enabling it to cover all standard traction battery voltages: 24V, 37.5V, 48V, 72V, 96V and 110VDC with the one device. The precisely regulated output is available in four single output voltages: 5V, 12V, 15V and 24VDC. Connection is via PCB pins. A trim function allows a ±10% output voltage adjustment for all models. Remote On/Off is standard. The units offer basic isolation of 3kVDC input/output.
