RPX-4.0-CT is a RPX-4.0 series buck regulator power module with integrated shielded inductor in a compact 5mm x 5.5mm x 4.1mm thermally-enhanced QFN package. The output voltage can be set with two resistors in the range from 1 up to 7VDC. The output current is up to 4A and is fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults, making the device particularly suitable for industrial automation, test and measurement, portable devices, and high density or weight-sensitive applications.
