DM13 How to rip CDs with a USB drive?
For fans and collectors of old-school physical media, the DM13 Portable Stereo CD Player from FiiO gives you a high-quality and modern way to enjoy your CDs. Two flagship Cirrus Logic CS43198 DACs are paired with two low-noise HiFi SGM8262 headphone amps to deliver Hi-Fi playback with low noise for crystal-clear sound. With 660mW+660mW power output, the DM13 can drive most headphones or can be connected to optional powered speakers. For personal listening, you can plug in 3.5 or 4.4mm headphones via front jacks that bookend a custom LCD screen.
Dual Desktop/Portable Power
With the built-in 3.8V pure cobalt lithium battery, you get up to 10 hours of portable playback. When you want to listen at your desk, simply slide the D-MODE switch on and plug the DM13 into your computer's USB port. D-MODE (or Desktop Mode) will then draw power via USB, saving battery life.
CD Playback Modes
Different playback modes let you adjust how you enjoy your CD collection. In addition to traditional track-by-track playback, you can choose gapless playback, select favorites, or you can loop playback of either a single track, random tracks, or the entire CD.
USB CD Ripping
Back up your rare and favorite CDs with the DM13's USB ripping function. Connect it to a computer, and the DM13 can rip each track to a WAV file for you to preserve.
Precision Volume
Both CS43198 DACs also provide volume control with an incredible 99 levels of fine adjustment for smooth volume changes.
