Taking the portable and convenient luxury of a wireless speaker into the great outdoors, the Bang & Olufsen Beosound Explore Waterproof Outdoor Wireless Speaker is a rugged, sand and weatherproof audio option for weekend warriors and extreme explorers of all stripes. The speaker's shell is constructed of a scratch-resistant anodized aluminum with a vertical rib structure designed to withstand the bumps of outdoor life. It comes with a color-matching integrated flexible hand strap and aluminum carabiner, which lets you clip the Beosound Explore to a backpack, belt, or pinned into a cliff-side alcove. It can provide brilliant 360? sound from a streaming or connected mobile device for up to 27 hours.
Waterproof & Submersible
With an IP67 rating, the Beosound Explore can withstand rain and sand quite easily, but it can also handle being submerged into water. Whether you drop it into a stream by accident or plunge it under to wash it off, the speaker can handle being under up to 3.3' of water for up to 30 minutes.
Powerful Sound
The 360? sound of the Beosound Explore is ideal for letting everyone in your adventuring party enjoy the music. Music is pumped out of two 1.8" full-range drivers and powered by two 30W class D amplifiers.
Wireless or Wired
The Beosound Explore supports Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless streaming of music, podcasts, or audiobooks. To preserve battery life, you can also use the USB-C port to play audio over a wired connection.
Fast Pairing
When out in the wilds of mother nature, there's no time to fiddle with Bluetooth pairing. This is why Bang & Olufsen gave this wireless speaker the ability to fast pair to a variety of devices. Using either MFi for Apple products, Google Fast Pair for Android, or Microsoft Swift Pair for Windows, you can easily pair to the Beosound Explore with a tap.
Multipoint Compatible
With multipoint support, you can pair up to two devices to the Beosound Explore and switch between them seamlessly.
Bang & Olufsen App
The mobile Bang & Olufsen app gives you access to EQ presets and gives you the ability to customize your own. It also gives you a precise status of the speaker's battery life.
