XILETU T284C+FB1 Overview
The T284C+FB-1 Camouflage Carbon Fiber Tripod from XILETU is a full-featured tripod with a camouflage design, ideal for use when shooting birds and wildlife. It has a robust load capacity of 35.3 lb, making it suitable for use with all types of cameras up to mirrorless cameras and DSLRs with large telephoto lenses. It has a maximum height of 68.1", but the legs reverse-fold down to a compact 18.1" for easy transport and storage. The reverse-folding legs also allow the camera to be inverted and lowered to ground level for low-perspective and macro photography. The center column also has a spring-loaded ballast hook for adding weight for increased stability.
One leg cam be removed from the tripod and used as a monopod in conditions where a full tripod may be too bulky, cumbersome, or heavy, like when shooting sports or other rapidly moving action.
The Arca-type FB-1 ball head has a panoramic base with a precision numbered scale and independent locking knob. It has adjustable tension to offset the weight of the camera and lens combination being used. The Arca-type clamp features a classic locking knob design, and three sprit levels for precise positioning. The included quick release plate is 60mm long and features a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw with a D-ring, plus dual safety screws.
