Cokin CZ001 Overview
The 100 x 100mm Cokin Z-PRO 001 Yellow Resin Filter is usually used to establish a noticeable increase in contrast when using black-and-white film. This filter is specifically adapted to the Z-PRO filter holders and designed for medium-format cameras and wide-angle focal lengths below 20mm. This series is also well adapted to broadcast.
The Z-PRO Series is recommended for focal lengths of 20mm onwards (in the 35mm format). This filter is made of CR39 resin, which is a reputable lightweight and shock-resistant optical material also used for ophthalmic glasses.
Especially useful for added contrast between blue sky with clouds and the foreground.
