MOXi features two ultraclean, high-headroom instrument preamps with a 1 Megohm input impedance?ideal for a wide variety of pickups, including passive piezo systems. Each channel is independently adjustable, allowing you to tailor gain and tone precisely for each instrument or signal source. Whether you're blending a dual-source pickup system or switching between two instruments mid-set, MOXi handles it with clarity and headroom to spare.

MOXi supports two operating modes: MIX mode for blending both channels into one output, or A-B mode for toggling between inputs via footswitch. This makes it perfect for players using two separate instruments, or those with a single instrument that has both mic and pickup sources. A rear-panel DIP switch configures the mode, with front-panel LEDs indicating your active channel(s). An additional phase reverse switch on each channel allows for optimal phase alignment between signals or with the rest of your mix.

Each channel includes a fully independent 3-band EQ section with shelving low and high bands, plus a sweepable midrange (125 Hz to 4 kHz) for pinpoint tonal control. Boost and cut ranges extend to ?12 dB, giving you powerful yet musical shaping capabilities. A fixed 75 Hz high-pass filter on both channels helps eliminate unwanted low-end rumble without compromising your core tone.

MOXi features three footswitches designed for live use:

• A-B Switch (in A-B mode) toggles between the two channels
• Mute/Tune Switch silences all outputs except the FX send, allowing for silent tuning or quiet guitar swaps
• Boost Switch activates a variable up to +10 dB level boost, perfect for solos or emphasizing dynamic passages

A rear-panel DIP switch can defeat the boost function on channel 1 if desired, helping streamline your setup when using the unit in MIX mode.

MOXi's outputs are tailored for live and studio flexibility. The transformer-isolated XLR DI output provides a clean, ground loop-free connection to front-of-house or audio interfaces, while a 1/4" line-level amp output feeds your stage amp or personal monitor. A dedicated FX loop with individual send and return jacks allows seamless integration of effects pedals, and placing a tuner in the loop means the mute switch functions as a silent tuner control.
