Opticis DHFC-200D-20 Overview
Use this DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 Converting Detachable Active Optical Cable from OptoLink to transmit 4K signals up to 328'. The cable separates the DisplayPort and HDMI connectors from the active optical cable and converts the DisplayPort 1.2 signal to an HDMI 2.0 signal. The active optical cable can carry an HDMI signal a lot farther than standard HDMI copper cables.
This active optical cable features a micro-USB connector at each end to which the included HDMI and DisplayPort interface connectors attach. This makes it easier to run the cable, only attaching the ends once you have completed running the cable. The DisplayPort connector features a locking mechanism, while the HDMI connector is a high-retention type allowing for more retention force than a standard HDMI connector.
