FSI Solutions Ideal-Lume Linear Profile MK2 Overview
The 7.8" FSI Solutions MediaLight Ideal-Lume Linear Profile 5v Mk2 offers a less permanent and more portable alternative to LED strip bias lights for a consistent and comfortable viewing experience. When watching media or playing back edits, your eyes are constantly adjusting. Bias lighting is ambient light that serves as a baseline for your eyes which helps reduce eye strain and fatigue while improving a display's perceived contrast. Powered by USB 3.0, this lighting can be plugged into many compatible monitors and laptops.
Linear Profile
While LED strip bias lights are a permanent solution, the linear profile of the MediaLight Ideal-Lume is made for portable displays such as a laptop, monitors with stands, and setups with objects that cast shadows behind the display such as unruly cables. Additionally, the Linear Profile Mk2 features 60/m LED density when compared to the 30/m LED density of the Mk2 LED strips.
Color
This bias light features a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 98 and a high-accuracy 6500K Correlated Color Temperature. The included 30 kHz dimmer is flicker free and allows you to adjust the brightness to your needs.
