Description
Ideal for paging and background music in offices and commercial spaces, the Lowell Manufacturing LT2-810-T72-BB is a ceiling-mounted loudspeaker with an 8" dual-cone driver capable of up to 15W RMS output power and a 5W 25 / 70V multitap transformer for distributed speaker systems. This loudspeaker features a galvanized steel enclosure with a 2x2 grille/sublate tile assembly for replacing a complete 2x2 ceiling tile.
The speaker provides a 95° conical dispersion, offering a somewhat tight coverage for use with a multi-speaker setup in spaces of a wide range of sizes. The 0.75" whizzer cone ensures this full-range driver provides consistent performance and crystal-clear highs. Transformer tap selection can be made using the integrated control knob. The galvanized 20-gauge steel enclosure is constructed with durable USA-made steel. The overall design is easy to install and ensures a flush and aesthetically pleasing look when integrated into ceilings. This tile ceiling loudspeaker is made in the USA with USA-certified steel and is TAA compliant, making it suitable for government procurement.
