XLD8A24CAHM3/I is a XLD8A24CA series surface mount XClampRTM transient voltage suppressor. Typical application includes use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting, especially for automotive load dump protection application.
- High temperature stability and high reliability conditions
- XClampRTM extremely low clamping voltage, IPPM = 180A with a 10/1000µs waveform
- TJ = 175°C capability suitable for high reliability and automotive requirement
- Low leakage current, AEC-Q101 qualified, automotive ordering code base P/NHM3
- Stand-off voltage is 24V, maximum clamping voltage is 26V
- Breakdown voltage range from 26.7V to 29.5V
- Test current is 5mA, bidirectional polarity
- Operating junction temperature range from -55 to +175°C
