Product Overview
TC78B011FTG(Z,EL) is a 3-phase PWM chopper predriver for a sensorless brushless motor. Motor speed can be controlled by selecting among the PWM duty cycle, analogue voltage, and I²C. Non-volatile memory (NVM) is implemented and it can be set according to the motors and directions for use. It also realizes a closed-loop speed control function without an external microcontroller. It is used with six external MOSFETs inverter to drive sensorless brushless motors of which the output range is wide. The application includes a fan, pump, and portable vacuum motors.

- CW/CCW control (CWCCW pin), brake input pin (BRAKE pin), rotation speed output (FG pin)
- Charge pump low voltage detection, output current limit, over current detection, lock protection
- QFN36 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
