Product Overview
LTC2634HMSE-LMX12#PBF is a 12bit, voltage output DAC. LTC2634-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. These DACs communicate via an SPI/MICROWIRE compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2634 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.

- Offset error is ±5mV maximum at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Gain temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Supply current is 0.6mA typical at (VCC = 3V, internal reference)
- Multiplying bandwidth is 320KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
