Product Overview
LTC2632HTS8-LZ10#TRMPBF is a dual 10bit voltage-output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. It has rail-to-rail output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2632-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. This DAC communicates via a simple SPI/MICROWIRE compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2632 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, automotive.

- Reset to zero-scale in internal reference mode, 10bit resolution
- Integral nonlinearity is ±1LSB typ at (VCC = 3V, internal ref)
- Offset error is ±0.5mV typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref)
- Gain temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Power supply rejection is -80dB typical at (VCC = 3V±10% or 5V±10%)
- Voltage output slew rate is 1.0V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Output voltage noise density is 200nV/?Hz typical at (f = 1KHz, internal reference)
- SCK frequency is 50MHz maximum at (50% duty cycle)
- Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 8-lead plastic TSOT-23 package
