AD7652ASTZ is a 16bit, 500kSPS, charge redistribution SAR PulSAR� analogue-to-digital converter. It operates from a single 5V power supply. The part contains a high speed 16bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, internal reference, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. It is used in applications such as data acquisition, instrumentation, digital signal processing, spectrum analysis, medical instruments, battery-powered systems, process control.

- No pipeline delay, parallel and serial 5V/3V interface
- SPI®/QSPITM/MICROWIRETM/DSP compatible, single 5V supply operation
- Pin-to-pin compatible with PulSAR ADC, input current is 6.1µA typical
- Complete cycle is 2µs maximum, throughput rate is 500kSPS maximum
- Integral linearity error is +6LSB maximum, transition noise is 0.7LSB typical
- 12MHz typical -3dB input bandwidth at (-40°C to +85°C)
- Internal reference temperature drift is ±7ppm/°C typical at (-40°C to +85°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is -48dB typical at (fIN = 45KHz, -40°C to +85°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 48-lead LQFP package
