ANALOG DEVICES AD7278AUJZ-500RL7 Analogue to Digital Converter, 8 bit, 3 MSPS, Single Ended, SPI, Single, 2.35 V

AD7278AUJZ-500RL7 is a high speed, low power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). The part operates from a single 2.35V to 3.6V power supply and feature throughput rates of upto 3MSPS. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55MHz. The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the device to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part.

• Aperture delay is 5ns typical at (VDD = 2.35V to 3.6V), linearity error is ±0.3LSB maximum
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 6-lead TSOT package
