The (2 x 100mL) Tanol Speed Film Developer by Moersch Photochemie is a black and white film developer that compared to Tanol, makes maximum use of a film's light sensitivity and offers a shorter development time. It provides a peculiar yellow-green stain and it's density varies depending on the film. Tanol Speed is meant for films between 25 and 400 ISO and in some occasions increases the ISO.
