ANALOG DEVICES LTC6994IS6-2#TRPBF Delay Block/Debouncer, Rising and Falling Edge, 2.25 V to 5.5 V, -40°C to 80 °C, TSOT-23-6

LTC6994-2 is a programmable delay block with a range of 1µs to 33.6 seconds. Th device is part of the TimerBlox® family of versatile silicon timing devices. A single resistor, RSET, programs an internal host oscillator frequency, setting the device�s time base. The output (OUT) follows the input (IN) after delaying the rising and/or falling transitions. It will delay the rising or falling edge. It offers the ability to dynamically adjust the delay time via a separate control voltage. It is used in applications such as noise discriminators/pulse qualifiers, delay matching, switch debouncing, high vibration, high acceleration environments, portable and battery-powered equipment.

• Configured with 1 to 3 resistors
• Delay one or both rising/falling edges
• Single supply operation range from 2.25V to 5.5V
• CMOS output driver sources/sinks 20mA
• Delay accuracy is ±2.3% maximum at (TA = 25°C)
• Supply current is 165µA typical at (RL = ?, RSET = 50K, NDIV ? 64)
• VSET drift over temperature is ±75µV/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Output current is ±20mA typical at (V+ = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
• Package style is 6-lead plastic TSOT-23
