MUTINY Battery IO Plate Kit Overview
Power your RED KOMODO camera and additional cine accessories from a high-capacity battery with this Battery I/O Module V2 from MUTINY. The module includes the PARASITE mounting plate to help secure the V-mount battery plate to your cine camera. Multiple power and control I/O ports on the module like 2-pin, D-Tap, DC, CTRL, timecode I/O, genlock, EXT passthrough, and 3-pin Fischer run/stop offer connections for a wide array of accessories.
To avoid your battery draining when your devices are still connected during a move, there is an anti-drain switch to prevent drain. A built-in LED voltage meter keeps you appraised of your battery level. A record button at the top of the module allows you to easily start and stop shooting.
- Dual D-Tap ports, 2-pin unregulated power outputs, DC power input/hot swap port
- Regulated 12V LEMO 2-pin power outputs rated at 2A regular and 3A peak on each connector
- Built-in record button at the top of the unit; 3-pin Fischer and 9-pin EXT passthrough for other record/trigger options
- CTRL 4-pin port for SmallHD camera control via RCP2 protocol
- 5-pin timecode I/O and genlock ambient recording combo port for simultaneous function
- Built-in live LED battery voltage meter with dedicated on/off switch
- Anti-drain battery switch on the bottom of the unit allows you to leave the battery on the camera for days without draining
