The kit is built around 3 FlashLite 120i 120Ws flash heads that have 60W modeling lamps and recycle to full power in 2.0 seconds. Each head comes with a sync cord and an 8' Raven air-cushioned light stand. All of the heads come with an 8' Raven air-cushioned light stand. Two of the lights use the included 10 x 10\" softboxes with speedrings, while placing the 3rd light on the kit's 5.3' boom arm with the included 10x24\" strip softbox adds depth and dimension to your photos. Use it overhead as a hair light or tilt it backwards to light your background. You can even gel the softbox for creative effects. It all fits in the kit's soft carrying case. The lights have an umbrella mount with a built-in 3\/8\" to 5\/8\" receiver that accepts the included 8' air-cushioned light stands.
