The MIL-STD-648C automatic pressure equalization valve maintains the case's waterproof and dustproof rating while equalizing the interior pressure to the ambient outside pressure to make it easier to open the case after commercial air travel.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e The injection molded case is constructed of polypropylene copolymer resin and is IP67-rated dustproof and waterpoof, and submersible.
