This case is built to MIL Spec standards including MIL-C-4150J: waterproof and dust tight; MIL-STD-810FA: resistance to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus; and MIL-STD-810F: resistance to impact damage. The MIL-STD-648C automatic pressure equalization valve maintains the case's water and dustproof rating while equalizing the interior pressure to the ambient outside pressure to make it easier to open the case after commercial air travel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n    \u003cp\u003e The injection molded case is constructed of polypropylene copolymer resin and is IP67-rated dustproof and waterpoof, and submersible. It features molded-in hinges, stainless-steel hinge pins, eight patented trigger-release latches, and six reinforced padlock locations. Three comfortable rubber over-molded cushion grip handles snap into vertical\/horizontal position for convenient carrying, and to aid transporting are in-line skate-style wheels.
