C8051F120-GQR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 100MHz performance. This analogue-intensive MCU features a 12bit, 8-ch., 100Ksps ADC, a 12bit, 2-ch. DAC, and 2 comparators. It also offers 128KB flash, 8KB RAM along with 5 x 16bit timers and additional communication interfaces in a 14x14 mm, QFP100 package. With on-chip VDD monitor, Watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, and high analogue integration, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment, and fibre optic systems among others.
