Roku Ultra easier to use than TV apps
Large Apps Sort Apps by preference & frequent use Transportable to other places like vacation, RV, college dorm, etc Teenagers can use earpods to listen to TV or music Muliple Local TV apps options to watch or subscribe Cons - PROBLEM - ethernet cords -don't snap into the back of the Roku Ultra - Please Fix Cord Falls out - cord suggestion or sell a Roku Ethernet cord Sounds like the newer Rokus have problems - I just hope the NEW charged battery remote lasts vs the remotes which take physical batteries - I do like the new idea of charging the remote with a USB cord -
Very nice features but audio & video issues.
Very nice features however, this model often loses audio for a couple of seconds. Also during any program recording video freezes, audio can be heard but the video stays still, the only way to solve this to to reboot the device!
Roku ultra
I have recently received two Roku ultra voice remote they say it's the fastest Roku ever yeah right this thing has more problems than the Roku ultra 2020 model things have given me nothing but problems and power won't even shut off on them on my Smart TV been waiting 3 months for them to fix that update problem One problem after another with these roku's go to fire stick or a fire cube or an Apple device these roku's have gone downhill My Roku 3 works fantastic never had any problems so I got a Roku ultra 4K always contacting Roku for problems they enter the voice remote world that thing doesn't even work right Tell it to turn off my TV it just says pulling off TV does nothing Tell him to turn on my TV just sit there does nothing Tell him to turn up my volume and it says increasing volume does nothing decreasing volume does nothing

Horrible
I haven�t had this device for a year yet it keeps losing a connection and shuts off. I have tried all the steps to reset, etc. I have had it with the aggravation.
