FotodioX NK-M39 Overview
The Lens Mount Adapter for Nikon F Lens to M39-Mount Camera from FotodioX allows a Nikon F-mount lens to be used with an M39-mount camera. It is designed to support focusing to infinity, and it is constructed from brass and aluminum alloy along with a stainless steel lens mounting ring to provide a durable, yet lightweight camera-to-lens connection.
This adapter does not support electronic communication between an attached camera and lens. Nikon pre-AI, AI, or many post-AI lenses can have their aperture settings widened or narrowed using their aperture control rings. These settings can then be used with this adapter and an M39-mount camera. Unlike Nikon pre-AI, AI, or many post-AI lenses, Nikon G-type lenses do not have an aperture ring. They are fully stopped down to their narrowest aperture setting when removed from a compatible Nikon camera.
