The unit has three color modes: White Mode, Color Mode, and Gel Mode. White is a simple CCT mode that allows you to vary color temperature from 1700 to 10,000K in 50K increments with full Magenta\/Green control. Gel Mode allows you to select from 186 Rosco gel filters, as well as additional gels stored in the unit's memory. Limited Hue and Saturation adjustments are possible. Color Mode contains HSI control (Hue, Saturation, and Intensity) that adds the ability to select a white base between 3200 and 5600K, while in DMX Mode the CCT base is expanded to 1700 to 10,000K, and combined with Hue and Saturation allows the creation of any color in the spectrum. Dimming is available in all modes via 4 presets: 25, 50, 75, and 100%. Most manufacturers would stop there but DMG has developed the myMIX app for iOS and Android that can control up to 14 controllers simultaneously via Bluetooth.
